CULVER, Ore. -- The body of a 53-year-old Redmond fisherman missing since May 5 was found in Lake Billy Chinook.
 
Robert Neil Whitson had gone fishing on the lake. His pickup was found at the Upper Deschutes Boat Launch.
 
A Jefferson County EMT volunteer diver found his body Sunday in water about 45-feet deep near where his empty rowboat was found.
 
Authorities noted that there were gusty winds the day Whitson disappeared.
