MEDFORD, Ore. -- The Salvation Army is trying to help Southern Oregonians stay cool this summer
Their fan drive runs through August 31st. The fans are free for senior citizens, people with disabilities and those with illnesses or families with infants.
People seeking relief from the heat can also go to the charity's cooling stations when the temperature hits 100 degrees or more.
