JACKSONVILLE, Ore. - A new Jacksonville wine tasting room is getting busier after one of its wines won an award.
 
Quady North Winery's 2006 flagship Syrah was judged "Best Red Wine" at the Northwest Wine Summit. It's the largest wine competition held in the Pacific Northwest.
 
RoxyAnn, Troon, and other local wineries also won awards at the summit.
