Azalea, Ore. -- Douglas County police are asking for the public's help in finding a vehicle seen in the area of a double shooting last week that left one woman dead.
On Thursday night, Douglas County sheriff's deputies responded to a call at the home off Azalea Glen Road where 59-year-old Barbara Lea Tooley was found dead from a gunshot wound. 88-year-old Helen Berleta Long was taken to the Three Rivers Hospital in Grants Pass.
The vehicle is described as being similar to a late 90s or early 2000s Toyota Four Runner-type SUV, or a Toyota pickup with a canopy. It is described as black with tinted windows.
Anyone who has seen a vehicle like that one in the area is asked to call the Douglas County Sheriff's Tip Line at 541-957-2099.
