PHOENIX, Ore. - A Phoenix man is behind bars Monday night after police say he tried to break into a home and charged responding officers.
 
Timothy Dean Ford is accused of trying to break into a home on Main Street in Phoenix Sunday night. Officers say when they came upon Ford, he charged them.
 
Police tried to taze Ford but it didn't work because of faulty equipment. A standoff ensued and SWAT officers eventually arrested him.
