MEDFORD, Ore. - Parents have just over a week to ensure their child's school or daycare has immunization records.
 
Beginning Wednesday, February 17th, schools will not allow children with missing or blank immunization records to attend school. Parents must either update their records or fill out an exemption form.
 
About 1,100 parents in Jackson County received notices in the mail informing them of the missing data. Parents can go to the Jackson County Health Department for free immunizations.
