MEDFORD, Ore. - Hundreds of Southern Oregon University students will graduate next month and enter the workforce.
 
Many soon-to-be graduates say that due to the poor job market, they are trying to find a summer job or internship for now and then plan to go back to school.
 
The Rogue Valley Manor is one of the many employers in Southern Oregon that has job listings online.
 
Crane Property Management in Ashland lets their applicants apply online or in person. Entry level positions there include showing and cleaning properties or being an administrative assistant. They look for people who have a flexible schedule, manage time well and are well organized. Representatives say they've been surprised by how few applicants they are getting. They say that could be due to college grads simply being discouraged and not applying for full time jobs.
