CENTRAL POINT, Ore. - Grape growers from across Southern Oregon are learning new ways to market their wine.
More than 100 people attended the first ever Southern Oregon Wine Marketing and Sales, SoWine, Conference Monday at the Oregon State University Extension Service in Central Point.
Organizers of the full-day seminar discussed ways for vintners to increase sales as well as bring in more wine club members and tasters.
Some participants were brand new growers learning the basics. Others have been in the business for decades, but wanted to learn how to refocus their marketing.
