    Power lines were pulled down onto Table Rock Road Tuesday afternoon, causing some delays for drivers. The Jackson County Sheriff's Office said a semi truck was turning onto the road when the top of the trailer got caught up in the power lines.

    The Linn County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a bomb threat at the Linn County Courthouse. Sources report that someone called in a threat around 8:30 A.M. Tuesday. Police immediately evacuated the courthouse. The scene was cleared about 45 minutes later and employees were allowed back in.
