ASTORIA, Ore. -- A hand recount of all ballots from the Oct. 27 recall election of Clatsop County Commissioner Ann Samuelson resulted in no change.
The commissioner was recalled by a margin of only four votes, 1,013 to 1,009.
The recall campaign was started by voters upset with land-use decisions they say favor a proposal for a liquefied natural gas facility.
