DRAIN, Ore. -- State police say divers Monday afternoon found a woman's body inside a car that was partially submerged in Elk Creek along Highway 38 west of Drain.
The victim was identified as 32-year-old Darcie Ayres Kroh of Coos Bay.
State police also reported a fatal traffic crash on Highway 97 north of Bend. The crash occurred at about 2 p.m. Monday. Killed was 69-year-old Jeanne Coward of Bend.
