Phoenix drug bust nets 8 kilos of cocaine

PHOENIX, Ore. - Authorities report Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement agents recovered an estimated $400,000 of cocaine at a truck stop in Phoenix Wednesday.
 
Investigators say MADGE and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE were informed of suspicious activity at the Petro Station. With the help of a K-9 unit they were able to locate eight kilos of cocaine in a bag.
 
The suspect, 19-year-old Pablo Zepeda of Los Angeles, was arrested and lodged in the Jackson County Jail.
