10 links of Italian turkey sausage
2 cups of cooked chicken breast, chopped or shredded
2 tablespoons of olive oil
8 cans of cannelloni bean
(White kidney beans)
16 oz chicken broth
2 Roma tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Warm a large pan to med high heat. Drizzle the oil into pan. Take the sausage out of the casing and place into hot pan. Break up the sausage as it cooks into small pieces. Brown sausage and add salt and pepper. Drain beans and rinse under water. Let drain. Add chicken to cooked sausage. Add beans to pan. Add chicken broth to pan. Add chopped tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Cook about 15 minutes. Everything will become creamy.
Time to eat.
