    The Jackson County Sheriff's Office is reporting a LEVEL THREE EVACUATION for all residents on Copco Road near Ashland. The Oregon Gulch Fire is burning 1,700 acres and growing rapidly in the Cascade-Siskiyou National Monument. It was started by lightning.

    ] Kevin Mulert was found alive Thursday morning at about 10:30 a.m. by searchers on horseback, the Lake County Sheriff's Office is reporting. He was found about 1.5 miles southeast of his camp. Searchers provided initial medical care and water as it appeared he was dehydrated.
