    MEDFORD, Ore. - An early morning fire at a vacant home on Windermere Dr. is under investigation. It started at around 2:30 A.M. on September 1. Neighbors noticed the flames and called 911.     Two hikers who went missing near the Applegate on Tuesday are now found. The Siskiyou County Sheriff's Office said both hiker are alive and well and have been taken away from the scene.
