    A hearing will soon decide whether the man accused of murder in rural Siskiyou County, is indeed Mathew Baker. He was in court, Wednesday, for the second day in a row to decide whether he will be extradited back to California.

    An early morning fire outside of Brookings city limits took the lives of three people, including a four year old girl, Wednesday. The Brookings Police Department said they responded to reports of a mobile home fire on Dodge Avenue just before 4 a.m.
